Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Period: Due to our current high volume of orders, preparation for shipment may require approximately 2–3 business days. We value your patience during this time.
Confirmation: Upon successfully placing your order with Propane Tank Corporate, you will promptly receive an email detailing all order information.

Standard Delivery: After the processing period, orders sent via standard shipping typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
Accelerated Shipping: This option is available upon customer request. Accelerated delivery occurs within 2–3 business days following the order’s processing.
Total Processing and Shipping time 7-10 Business days.

Please Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change due to external logistical factors.

Standard Rates: Standard delivery costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on the specific weight and physical size of the items in your order.We also offer a flat rate shipping of $385.
Expedited Rates: Expedited shipping is optional and will incur additional fees, which are calculated and displayed when you check out.

Domestic Coverage: Shipping is exclusively available to destinations within the continental United States.
Global Shipping: Propane Tank Corporate does not currently offer international shipping services.

Tracking: Once your purchase has been dispatched from Propane Tank Corporate, an email containing comprehensive tracking information will be sent to you, allowing you to follow the shipment’s progress.

Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please reach out to the Propane Tank Corporate support team for immediate assistance.
Damaged Shipments: Should your items arrive damaged, it is imperative that you retain all original packaging and contact us right away so that we can initiate a claim process on your behalf.

Return Policy: Propane Tank Corporate permits returns within 30 days of the delivery date if you decide to change your mind about your purchase.
Mandatory Return Conditions: For a return to be accepted, the merchandise must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In fully resellable condition
Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was incorrect or proven to be defective.
Refund Processing: Once Propane Tank Corporate receives and verifies the condition of your returned item, a refund will be processed and applied back to your original payment method or issued as a store credit.
